Until late 2023 many associated my business with presentation and communication skills.

It all started with my passion for empowering others to achieve breakthroughs in their career thanks to their communication skills.

 

After all, communication is an integral part of leadership. As a leader in your field, company, or team, you must inspire and empower those around you to work toward common objectives and over-achieve results.

 

However, you need to trigger something even deeper and more fundamental: positive change.

 

Amid constant change that accelerates and becomes more unpredictable (in a VUCA world - volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous), you need to be able to embrace change and seek and amplify it to make the world a better place. And because that’s urgent, we must make it happen!

But how? That's one of the top concerns I hear from influential leaders, including CEOs, CXOs, and Directors.

 

At individual level, they yearn to make the world a better place, more responsible, sustainable, inclusive, and empathetic. I understand and share this desire.

 

This has inspired me to open up to a whole new world of possibilities and forms of empowerment.

 

And this is how the ONE model for leaders and teams, a powerful tool designed to inspire and amplify positive change, came to life!

​What does ONE mean?

ONE is about creating the best version of your authentic self as a leader, syncing your values and who you are with your work and influence.

 

When I had the strategic sessions with my team, there were a few recurring topics:

change, positivity, a better future, empowerment, optimisation, navigating, and determination to make things happen.

 

This is how the ONE model was born. It encapsulates the essence of leadership and empowers today's leaders like you to make a positive impact and change (themselves and the world) for the better.

The ONE model, a unique three-dimensional approach, is designed to empower high-level professionals and leaders to create and fulfil their best versions, thereby making a distinct positive change.

 

Optimising existing resources requires assessing your full potential and preferences and pursuing your leadership visions by utilising them in the most effective way possible so you can turn them into meaningful actions. The focus is on having a deep understanding of your thinking, communication and decision-making preferences, your mental fitness capacity, your resilience, and how you are fostering your authenticity.

 

Navigating means exploring the available paths and understanding the necessary changes. For that, you need to work on your self-awareness to know who you are, why you do what you do, and what positive and innovative change you can bring.

Empowering is about taking the right action to achieve the desired results. Hence, my new slogan, "Make it happen!" Without the right action, your visions will remain dreams forever, and you won't leave your mark as a leader. This aspect focuses on creating a robust and meaningful presence, communicating the change you want to induce, and triggering action.

 

What's impressive is that the ONE! Model can be used on both the individual and team levels!​
