The good news is that there are many ways of dealing with fear!
First, we need to understand what Fear is:
Fear is a natural, powerful, and primitive human emotion.
It involves a universal biochemical response as well as a high individual emotional response.
Fear alerts us whether the danger is physical or psychological.
What is step number one to reach confidence and handle this anxiety?
Do not try to suppress it, Process it and reframe it Something out of the ordinary is about to happen.
You feel fear.
Congratulations you are a fully functional Human being.
Now, what does your fear tell you?
Is it real? (Probably not!)
Is it a limiting belief? (Might well be!)
Once you have the answers to these questions, you can take the first step to progress towards being confident on your professional stage.
Do not suppress fear, instead process to progress.
